Answer

i was playing around in www.cronometer.com and came up with this. I’m assuming you just don’t want to take a multivitamin, maybe not kill animals?

oats 300g

kiwi 4

almonds 1.5oz

carrots 200g

2% milk 5 cups

nutritional yeast 1 tablespoon

flax seeds 1 tablespoon

Answer

Meat, organs, fruits and honey. That pretty much covers all your nutritional needs, in my opinion (and according to data). Organs (like liver), are nutrient powerhouses that contain so many nutrients in their bioavailable form and along with fatty meats, honey, and fruit, you are pretty much covered.

Answer

If you dont want supplements, very low amount of orgam meat for b12 (consuming more of those would cause vitamin a toxicity), a lot of colorful veggies, beans, and handful of quality nuts. Dont fry anything if nutrition is your concern.
