just like title says, please explain and thanks.
Imagine you want to charge your phone. Say that it requires 10 watts for 2 hours to reach a full charge. Maybe your phone supports “fast charging” at 20 watts, you’d be able to charge it in 1 hour. You might think, “what if I give it 200 watts, then it should only take 6 minutes!” but now your phone is just a pile of ashes, and your eyebrows are missing.
You can.
Processed sugar is among the worst sources of carbs, though. Bodybuilders supplement carbs not just with plaine sugar. They go further and consume (some inject) glucose, lol. They also inject insulin (what carbs will cause a spike of, to gain weight) while some times supplementing sodium, table salt, lol. After a workout for example as they’ve sweated out a ton of precious minerals, if sodium is low, it can cause the shakes among other issues.
Bodybuilders diets are extreme though just to provide info on why people do it.
While you can totally do that, you have to remember not all carbs are the same. On a very basic level we have simple carbs which are for quick energy and complex carbs for reserves and slower energy release since they need to be broken down into simple carbs.
Depending on what you need them for you might prefer one type over the other and sugar is technically a complex carb but it’s only made out of two simple molecules so it’s usually considered a simple carb.
That honestly sounds kinda gross.
Sugars pretty bad tasting in large quantities, with that tooth achy feel.
Depending on the type of sugar, could also be high GI, which isn’t great if it’s something you’re regularly going to do.
Also why? Complex carbohydrates are pretty good and very filling/nutritious.
Consuming literally the only empty calories you can get with carbs feels a little off.
Your body will hate you for the effects of ingesting sugar with nothing else. (Your brain will love it, though.)
Search online with keywords ‘diabetes + glycemic spike’ or ‘fatty liver disease’ for some possible effects.
You could do that.
Sugar will preferentially fill liver stores. Once the liver is full you’ll get spillover into fat stores if you don’t burn it off.
You didn’t say how many spoonfulls of sugar you’re planning on.
Sugar also lacks any other micronutrient content. You’d be better of with fruit or even honey.
