Back on the Wagon

In May 2020, I was at 233 lbs and decided to try fasting to lose weight. I would fast for 48, eat one day, and repeat this indefinitely. By August of 2020 I was down to 185 lbs. Awesome results. Well - life happened. I’m now off the wagon and back up to 222 lbs.

However, today is the day I’m back on and I’d like to kick things off with an extended fast. As long as I get past the first two days, I’m golden. No cravings, no urges after that. Almost done with day 1 - yay me haha.

What can I do for mineral and electrolytes after the first 2-3 days? I have no-salt and pink sea salt to mix into Powerade Zero. Any other suggestions?

If anyone would like to ride on this wagon with me - please hop on board and help me out via DM, WhatsApp, or Text!

Im on day 3 of 30 day water fast the first two days I only drank water. I started mixing my electrolytes with water and mio flavoring ( zero cal). It’s help me a lot even though some people say a water fast is only supposed to be water.

Congrats dame story went from 267 to 230 them got sick feel off hard to 240 now. I just finished my first 24. My gosh goal is to get back to rolling 48s. I use LMNT, they taste good and I’m too lazy to mix my own snake juice. At the very least get magnesium supplements because you need that to correct the potassium properly.
