Feeling feverish (Been 39 hours)

Hi guys, it’s been 39 hours and I am feeling very light headed, feverish and weak. It took me a lot of effort to walk to work. I don’t feel hungry but I feel like I might collapse or faint. Is this normal? I’ve done 41 hours and didn’t feel like this so I’m not sure why I feel like this and it’s making it very hard to concentrate at work. Some tips to cope would be great. I have baking soda, ACV, pink salt on me. Can’t get my hands on potassium though, apparently that helps with your muscles or something I’m not sure. I really need help to get through the day :(

Answer

definitely sounds like an electrolyte and hydration issue. maybe you ought to break the fast and start a new one after a few days.

make sure you have plenty of greens (spinach, kale, lettuce, cabbage), nuts (almonds, pecans, brazil). lo-salt, no-salt are often substitutes for salt which contain pottassium.

Answer

I had this happen to me.I was skeptical but electrolytes really helped. For me pickle juice and brine was most palatable.

Also veg or chicken broth might help wothout breaking fast (bone broth has calories so would break the fast).
