How do Rolling 48s work for you guys?

Hi everyone, would really love some advice

I’ve lost 10kg (22lbs) doing 6 rolling 72+ hour fasts. (Most fasts ended up being 75 - 85 hrs long) HOWEVER. I have more weight to lose, and for the past week I’ve been finding it impossible to get past the first day. I have some sort of block and get riddled with anxiety etc. Now as much as I want to push through and “Cole Robinson it out”, I’ve been trying that for the past week and like I said, can’t get past the first day.

I’m deciding to adjust and change my plan from rolling 72+hrs to rolling 48s instead to see if I find it more mentally do-able. While I recognise the weight loss won’t be as quick, I’d rather still be losing weight than putting off a 72 till “tomorrow” until I’ve gained all the weight back.

Has anybody here had success with rolling 48s in terms of weight loss? Any tips in general etc? Appreciate you all!

To get to my desired weight and size I did rolling 48s. Break fast with clean mostly keto. I never did longer than 72. I did lots of walking, pilates and very light weights. And also I had one cup of black coffee daily even during fast days. When weight creeps up boom I do a 48 until I get back.

I think a break from 72s is your only move. If your body doesn’t get some form of rest, it will most likely retaliate with binge tendencies. I think either a week of OMAD or a few weeks of 48s is solid!
