I'm surprised, 21 days of IF 16:8, I'm down by 1.1 kg.

My calorie intake is between 1200-1700 and I sometimes have fast food but it doesn’t affect much. I’m so so happy, I can’t explain. I lost my hope when I gained 23 kgs in just an year of taking medications (anxiety, antidepressants) Thank you, Universe and the person who came up with IF. Also suggest more tips. Should I gradually move it 20:4 ? I’m a newbie.

Glad it feels good! Keep it up!

I personally dove in head first to 20:4, which some days ends up as OMAD spaced over 2 hours or so. But why not mix it up to keep things fresh. Just find what works for you and what you’re comfortable with and keep on loving life.

You could try 18:6 as well.
