I've been playing Cole's videos 24/7 on loop with shuffle enabled

For some reason I respond really well to being shouted at by dudes filled with rage. Like I said, I made a private playlist on YouTube with all my favorite Snake Diet clips and have been playing it out loud on my TV for the last 4 days. I have AirPods so I can hear it when I ride my bike. I left it playing during bedtime so I would hear whenever I’d wake up. I’m approaching 96 hours and I’m feeling awesome. There were times I might have given up and eaten something but I didn’t because of Cole calling me a pussy for even thinking about it. 😂

I really have to recommend this strategy. All I’ve done is brainwashed myself on these videos and drank snake juice. My only deviation is adding a tiny amount of Vitamin C powder to my snake juice, which I think is highly beneficial and doesn’t even approach knocking you out of ketosis. It’s good for your cardiovascular system, your connective tissue, and it has no calories.

My sleep has been surprisingly good and I’ve been basically not hungry except some of the times where I felt bored. I’ve cut the snake juice recipe in half, and I’ve managed to not have any diarrhea or other issues. I can see myself exceeding 120 hours easily.

Great idea, whenever I start to lose focus I pop open his channel and scroll down to a video I haven’t see and just start binge watching his videos.

Have you seen his Apple Cider Vinegar, baking soda, and lemon juice kidney drink video? https://youtu.be/AgTGAPz-1M0 I missed it when I started but another user mentioned it, and from what I understand the lemon juice will give you the vitamin C.

I brainwashed myself after hours and hours of his videos but I ended up getting angry. angry at myself for getting to where im at. There needs to be some forgiveness in there too so I’m still finding that balance.
