Need some guidance and support. Trying a diet and want some feedback.

Hi everyone, this is my first post in /snakediet forum. I have been lurking for a long time and have read many post here. To make it short and to the point here is my plan.

Fasting: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
OMAD Keto: Tuesday, Thursday
OMAD no Keto: Saturday, Sunday

Walking at least 12,000 steps a day everyday.
Supplements: KETO Electrolytes (twice a day), B Complex (everyday), Multivitamin with D3/K2 (non fasting days).

Starting weight: 406 pounds
Goal Weight: 180 pounds

Question: Can one do rolling 48s three days a week until I reach my goal weight? Which might take up to two years? Thanks for any feedback you can give.

you have a plan, now it’s time to execute. the answers to these questions are entirely up to you, and you’ll be able to answer them yourself soon enough once you start and see how it’s working for you.

Answer

I think the best would be to try to incorporate healthy habits. So these are your priorities:

  1. eat less calories (more veggies without oil, butter ecc)
  2. eat less quantity
  3. eat better quality (again veggies, chicken, eggs, fish, brown rice, oats, beans)

Try to avoid to sweet, maybe have an apple or an orange a day.

Reduce desert on 1 piece of dark chocolate.

Better to try IF 16:8 with 1 fasting day a week.

All this because while we do need a certain amount of calories, the type of food influences our athletic performance. This way you should be able to hit the gym 3 times a week and have a decent amount of walking throughout the week.

Don’t start nervously. Start clever.
