I’ve been lurking around here for a few months now and decided to join and share my experiences. I am not new to water fasting, but have only successfully broken the fast, but not changed my eating habits entirely. I have been following a keto diet since the beginning of the year and am ready for my new journey :-) My fast will be broken up into 3 parts due to already planned obligations and I will still intermittent fast/keto on my non water fasting days. I will post updates and weight loss at least 2-3x a week and anyone is welcome to join!
First Fast: Mon March 19 - Fri March 23
Second Fast: Mon March 26 - Mon April 2
Third Fast: Mon April 9 - Fri May 18
Current Stats: 27/F 5’4 SW: 270.8 , CW: 268.1
My ultimate goal weight is 160 lbs, so we will see how far I get :-) I’m posting this mostly for accountability & tracking.
At first I thought this was going to say you were doing one long ass fast, but after reading the actual post I think it’s a solid plan.
I think beef bone broth is the best thing for super long fast-breaking. Anything under a month I just jump right into beef itself. Great stuff. <3 cows
