I felt week but relaxed today, day 3, went for a slow-slow walk 18 oclock, three km, felt totally overextended, depleted, crashed into bed. Excruciating pain in my core, feels like noro-virus body pain, or when i had Mononukleosis and worked out. Cant recover, 23 oclock now, moaning and twisting, nauseated. Had too take 2 Ibuprofins and 2 paracetamols half hour ago, helped a little. lower back screams of hurt. puls at 90 beats only. I cant possible be dehydrated! Can be a major first crisis? What is going on I wonder, should I break or push through for tomorrow?
Did 5day DF in November and a 7day DF in desember, both went good, last one better, altough on day 4 I went for a 2hour walk in terrain, felt so energized, hit the wall abit the last kms, some exhaustion rest of day, ok lets keep it to 5km flat. Now, Ive done my best prep, a week 2 eggs for lunsj, veggies and 100grams fish, last five days before fast: berries and nuts, fish oil, best fluid vitamins, some orranges. Had Covid test recently, feeling good, lots of walks, drank the baking soda with teaspoon of himalaya salt night before fast. My piss didnt turn slightly yellow before today. Started DF two days ago, rented a cabin in the woods, a wolf nearby, lots of lynx tracks today, relaxing.
If I read your post correctly you are alone in the woods in excruciating pain. Break your fast, better safe than sorry. If this is for your health and at any point you feel unhealthy then you should break your fast.
Break your fast if you’re struggling. You overexherted yourself.Your body is now experiencing true hunger because you put it under too much stress…
Dry fasting, you should be doing very minimal with your body. Autophagy is literally breaking down your body to produce elemental water to survive… This alone is stressful enough on the body.
Whip up some bone broth and nourish yourself.
