Is it possible to find bone broth without added sugar or is it ok if its got it in it
Lol dont congagulate me yet, im only about to finish day ten, but the refeed is going to be a day of bone broth then getting fresh greens and cooking them in bone broth for day two along with hard boiled eggs towards the end then on day three im going to go light but normal

P. S I have done 48 hrs a couple of time, wanna get into 10 + days, was wondering is consulting absolutely necessary!?
Im not going to reccomend skipping a doctor visit however no i have not consulted a physician, i just try to stay in tune with my body and make sure im not hurting myselfby depriving myself of nutrition
I made bone broth last night. It’s simmering away in the crockpot right now. Stupid easy to make.
Buy 3-4 pounds of beef soup/marrow bones. Roast in oven for 60 minutes at 400 degrees. Throw into crockpot with 2 onions, 2 carrots, 1 celery, 2 T apple cider vinegar. Add water to top. Cook 12-24 hours.
Strain. Eat.
