On my refeed days. 72 hour fasting breaks. I have salad with eggs, cheese with ranch dressing. I add lime juice to thin the dressing out makes it go further. I have meat usually steak or chicken. I have this for dinner 2 times a week.

I fast 72 hours twice during the week. I count and log calories. I weigh my food and track with Cronometer.

For my sunday OMAD. I eat scrambled eggs with a slice of melted cheese with bacon and sausage on Sunday night.

I usually have a keto ice cream with my meals. I like halo top keto pops. I dont have a problem with these and calories are low I just have 1 after my meals.

I drink ACV mixed with lemon juice add a little stevia and table salt and lite salt 2 times a day.

I also drink green tea with a small bit of stevia. I drink Mio with table salt and lite salt during the day at work.

I eat Keto WOE. It helps me kill cravings.

I walk on my treadmill as many days as I get the chance. It is usually 5 or 6 days a week. I go for an hour and walk for about 3 miles. I try to keep my heart rate around 130bpm. I do this for stress mostly. I drink Mio with filtered water and add lite salt and table salt when I work out.

I have lost 80 pounds since June 9th. I started at 229 pounds I am now 148 pounds.

Any fast over 48 hours I break it with a bone broth. I count calories, I’m a believer in you manage what you measure. So eat with intention and purpose. A typical meal is something high protein, low fat, and low to medium carb. I’m not anti-fat it is just too much fat can cause you to shit your brains out I find. And I have not been working out lately but ideally I should be at least walking an hour daily. Once I reach my GW then I’m going to start a “maingain” cycle where I am to slowly put on musle while minimizing fat weight being put on.
