Thoughts on dry fasting all week (Mon-Fri), and rehydrating and refeeding (keto) only on weekends?
Idea being to do so as my regular schedule, from 275lbs down to 185lbs. Walking every day for 1-2hrs, otherwise mostly sedentary.
I’ve completed several 72hr dry fasts without difficulty.
Theoretically, I’m thinking this will take 6 weeks with perfect compliance.
90lbs in 6 weeks? .No way on this planet. OP.
Firstly you cant lose 4lbs a day.
Secondly you will plateau by week 3.
Thirdly you will be in hospital removing your fall bladder very soon after.
I suggest you aim for a 6 month regimen.
Am I reading this right, you plan on going from 275lbs down to 185lbs in only 6 weeks? that would be absolutely unbelievable
