Answer

Getting back into it After 3 months off (holidays plus some major life events). Having a bit of a rough time at first, but my body seems to be remembering now after a few days (I’m doing OMAD daily).

Feeling a bit deflated after gaining a significant amount of weight back during those three months, but also hopeful because I know it works (I just did it!)
