You guys can totally help keep me honest, as I know the challenge in store for me.
My last successful water fast was 6 days, and the one before that was 11 days.
If anyone has any tips on multivitamins or minerals I’d love to hear them. Traditionally I go without, and just drink water. But that is the one thing that really paranoids me during a long fast.

I kept the weight off for about 5 months before I started eating bad food again.
When I did my 21 day fast, I felt ridiculously tired day 5+ because I didn’t take any supplements. I would highly suggest that you supply yourself with supplements and not urinate a lot because that causes your supplements to get flushed out of your system.
