I'm nearly done with my 10 day fast!

20 more hours!

31F, I haven’t weighed myself during this fast, but pre-fast I had a BMI of 33,9. Electrolytes + coffee/tea + the occasional diet soda.

All in all it’s been steady going. I tried to be more active during this extended fast, walked a lot more or did 30 minutes of dance fitness.

I’ll refeed tomorrow with bone broth (and psyllium fibers!) and light keto snacks/appetizers for a family dinner. Think soups, roasted nuts, small chicken skewers, deviled eggs, keto coconut flour muffins.

I’ll try to stick to low carb meals the following days and I’ll probably do another fast from December 27-31.

Cold is normal as metabo ratchets down. Congrats on the 10 days!! MAJOR Accomplishment. I’d ditch all exercise but I can see trying to break the boredom but doing ANYTHING physically when not consuming calories is generally a negative since it diverts internal processes and theres only so much energy to go around. Also your refeed sounds spot-on, low-carb is def the best ways to break fasts for the first couple days since you become a super fat storage machine when you first break.fast
