Since it sounds like you are gaining muscle maybe try taking detailed measurements and tracking those more closely than the scale for a while. You’ll likely see significant cumulative shifts in measurements.

Sometimes the scale goes down, sometimes the strength goes up, sometimes the clothes fit better. When one is plateauing try to take a closer look at the other 2.

Also plateau is after 3 months - has it been no change in 3 months? Could be water taking place of fat and eventually you will woosh

Stick with it. You know with the level of effort you are putting in, your body will respond eventually.

The only thing you might consider is adding a little bit of fermented food to your salad.

When you have your meal, does it include any processed foods? Especially flour, sugar, &/or seed oils? I don’t mean only wheat flour, but anything processed into a fine powder. Most people call seed oil vegetable oils (I prefer the term seed oils because they actually come from seeds, even corn oil comes from the seeds of the plant). If you have any of these, try reducing them for a bit & see what happens.

Could it be that you’re gaining muscle?

Have you tried mixing up your fasting by going for a longer or short fast?

If you normally eat high or low carb, have you tried switching to the other one in order to see if changes anything? (I’ve read that some people who eat keto use carb cycling sometimes to mix things up).

Are you more stressed recently?

Have you been getting lots of sleep?

You have done well but why are you eating all that meat/protein? Unless you include lots of vegetables, legumes etc you will be putting a terrible strain on your body and be deficient in many essential vitamins and minerals.

are you building muscle? because you might still be losing fat but building muscle, and muscle weighs a lot more then fat does for it’s volume.
If you want to have a better idea of what is happening, find a way to test your body composition, not just weight (you could gain weight but be more muscle, less fat, and fitter over all).
I think there are bathroom scales that can do this, but a doctor would be better.
Don’t simply rely on weight as a measure of success, also measure your arm, thigh, waist diameters etc, because your weight can fluctuate by a huge amount just because of hormones retaining water.

So last night at 30 hours I broke early and had 2 whole pounds of 75/25 ground beef with 3 slices of American cheese, sugar free ketchup and 2 protein shakes. I woke up this morning .4 lb lighter than before I ate. SMH
